One of the UK’s fastest-growing technology companies is to host a national technology conference to mark its appointment as a key distributor of a world leading storage vendor which will allow the company to continue to grow rapidly.
ORIIUM provides Data Management & Infrastructure consultancy including managed services and hosted services (Cloud Dynamix). For the last two years, the “Channel Only” company has been ranked as one of Deloitte UK’s top 50 fast-growing technology businesses and is seeking a hat-trick at the 2015 awards later this year.
Imation Nexsan Technologies are world leaders in enterprise class, high density and power efficient storage platforms and have selected ORIIUM to be their sole UK and Ireland distributor.
ORIIUM’s teams have recently undergone in-depth technical training at Imation Nexsan Technologies HQ in Derby and can now offer pre-sales assistance, deployment, support and managed services. To mark the official launch, ORIIUM will host an exclusive technology conference at the world famous Oulton Park Racetrack in Cheshire on the 2nd July.
The event is open to Imation Nexsan Technologies, CommVault and DataCore Partners in the UK, the key technology alliances that make up ORIIUM’s software-defined reference architecture.
Gaining distribution status from Imation Nexsan Technologies will allow ORIIUM to combine market leading data management technologies with optimised Nexsan Storage Platforms.
Established in 2007 by Chris Kiaie, ORIIUM’s growth surpassed expectations reaching 796% in the last 5 years. The business now employs a team of 35 and re-located to larger premises in Wetherby at the end of last year. This year the company plans to increase its team and revenues by over 30%.
